Balanced for Life:
Balanced for Life is a 6-week group coaching program designed for women who want to lose weight, feel stronger, and finally understand what actually works without all the extremes, restriction, or starting over every Monday. This program gives you the time and support to learn, adjust, ask questions, and start seeing real results in a way that fits your life. Instead of overhauling everything at once, we focus on small, meaningful changes that build momentum and confidence.

Inside the program, we follow my REAL Method: Restore, Eat, Activate, and Learn. You’re not just told what to do, but you actually understand why and how to keep it going long-term. We focus on restoring your foundation which includes bringing awareness to your habits, improving sleep, hydration, movement, and creating simple routines that feel doable. I will teach you how building balanced meals, understanding macros in a simple way, learning how to eat without restriction, and navigating real life (weekends, dining out, busy schedules) with more control and less stress.We also focus on building strength through structured workouts, supporting your metabolism, and celebrating progress beyond the scale.

You’ll have access to weekly recorded lessons delivered through my app, along with a supportive community for accountability, connection, and guidance. The program also includes four strength-based workouts per week focused on building muscle and supporting your metabolism, with flexibility to fit your schedule and modifications when needed.
1:1Nutrition Coaching
My 1:1 nutrition coaching is designed for women who want a more personalized, hands-on approach to reaching their goals. This isn’t a one-size-fits-all plan—it’s coaching built around you, your lifestyle, your schedule, and your body. Together, we focus on creating a simple, realistic approach to nutrition that helps you lose weight, build strength, and feel more in control without restriction or overwhelm. You’ll receive customized guidance, ongoing support, and adjustments along the way so you’re never left guessing what to do next. This is for the woman who’s ready to stop starting over and finally have a clear path forward with someone in her corner every step of the way.

Elevated Fitness:

Elevated Fitness is strength training designed for real women with real lives. These 30–40 minute, efficient, strength-based workouts are built to help you feel stronger, more energized, and confident in your body without spending hours in the gym or wondering if you’re doing it “right.” With minimal equipment required and the option to train at home or in the gym, Elevated Fitness removes the barriers that make consistency feel hard. Every workout is intentional, structured, and designed to support your body in this season of life, making results feel sustainable, doable, and long-term.
